Shared workspace preview
One room for the goal, the people and the result.
The browser workspace is an allowlisted preview. Sign in to an enabled account and open Workspace. Your existing private work remains private. The desktop app continues to provide local tools and advanced execution controls.
Start with a useful task
- Create a project for your team. New rooms inherit that project’s access.
- Choose Ship a feature, Fix an issue, Triage customer feedback or Prepare a weekly product update in Library. Research and document work do not require a repository.
- Give the room a concrete goal and a responsible person. Agree on the brief, acceptance criteria and next action.
- Invite a teammate with the intended participation role. Discuss the work beside the current deliverable.
Return through Today
Today brings together decisions, assigned reviews, active agents, blockers and changes since your last visit. Each item opens the relevant room and recorded action. Catch-up links decisions to their rationale and evidence.
Edit together, review deliberately
Shared documents support live editing, anchored comments, snapshots, attribution and reviewable suggestions. Wait for Saved before leaving. A reviewed snapshot governs execution; changing the live draft does not silently change an approved run. Accepting a proposal preserves unrelated edits and refuses a changed target.
Keep responsibility and control clear
Use the selected run for scoped instructions, pauses and reviewed requirement updates. A human handoff requires acceptance and a current brief. Transferring execution is a separate action and does not transfer credentials or cost ownership. Publishing, sending, merging, deployment and increased spending require the applicable approval.
Connect only the context you choose
A configured team host and authorized providers are required for agent execution. Selected GitHub, Linear, Slack and Google resources can be imported when their team connection is configured. Imports are evidence, not permission to execute. Review external writes against their intended destination and revision. Linear exports add a reviewed issue comment; description and status changes require review in Linear.
Preview availability
Managed execution remains an allowlisted beta behind verified provisioning, recovery, suspension, costs and administrator budgets. Cloud and connector qualification are still in progress. Local subscription credentials remain on their authorized machines. Product screenshots use synthetic demo data and do not establish team adoption.
