In progress. We publish a download only once the installer is properly signed, so there is nothing to grab yet. Leave your email and we will tell you the day it ships.
What you need
- macOS 13 Ventura or newer
- Apple silicon or Intel — one universal build
- Signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple
- Updates install themselves, signed and verified
Installing
- 1Open the disk image
Double-click Velora-macOS.dmg in your Downloads folder.
- 2Drag Velora to Applications
Use the shortcut inside the disk image, then eject it.
- 3Launch and sign in
Open Velora from Applications and enter the six-digit code we email you.
- 4Grant only what you need
Accessibility and screen recording are asked for when a workflow first needs them, and can be revoked in System Settings at any time.
Coming from an older Electron build of Velora? It will not update in place — the app architecture changed. Install this one from the disk image and sign in as usual; your account and Pro status carry over.
After you install
- Sign in with your account. The same six-digit email code works on the website and in the app, and carries your plan with it.
- Free works without a card. The first 1,000 accounts also get two weeks of Pro automatically.
- Bring your own models if you prefer. Ollama and local models are supported alongside hosted providers.
