Velora already brings people and AI coworkers into shared rooms. The next Brain layer is being built to let a room use selected, cited knowledge without turning private chats or connected accounts into an automatic team library.

Teammates and AI coworkers discuss work in one thread with room roles and visible run cards.

Private memory

A person chooses what to remember locally. Ordinary chat does not become memory by itself.

Sensitive agent actions continue through Velora’s existing approval and review controls.

PLANNED · SCOPED KNOWLEDGE

A source has one home scope.

A room invitation will never grant project or organization access. Agents will resolve the person, destination room and source permissions before retrieval, then check again when a citation opens and before posting.

PLANNED · INSPECTABLE CONTEXT

See what an agent was shown.

Each agent turn is planned to carry a Context Packet: its objective, audience, permitted actions, selected source IDs and revisions, locations, budget and a hash of the delivered text. An authorized person can inspect the retained payload. Revoking or forgetting a source removes retrievable text and leaves a redacted marker.

Source linked decisions

Planned facts and decisions keep their author, date and source. Corrections supersede a prior fact; Forget removes its retrievable text. Retrieved pages and cells remain evidence, never instructions that can grant tools.

Velora Records

Planned typed records will link conversations, files, sheet rows and tasks. Imports will preview mapping and duplicates. AI field values will be proposals with sources and a calculation time until a person accepts them.
