Quick chat explains the macOS screen permission instead of showing an error, and the command-line tool is built from this release again.

• Fixed

  Before macOS has allowed Velora to see the screen, quick chat no longer shows "Failed to get sources." It says to turn Velora on in Screen & System Audio Recording, which opens in one click, then try again.

• Improved

  The velora command-line tool from the installer, Homebrew and Scoop is built from this release instead of beta.18.
