Native window controls stay in their lane

The macOS close, minimise, and zoom controls now sit entirely inside the sidebar's draggable title strip and no longer overlap Start a task, even in a narrow sidebar or compact density. A layout contract keeps future title-bar changes from quietly reintroducing the overlap.
