Setup points at the right tools, and the picture arrives on time

Setup's installer links were aimed at the wrong products — Claude Code's link opened the Claude Desktop chat app — so they now point at the native installers, current docs, and the new Codex brew cask, with every installer URL covered by the link check. The account picture updates the moment it changes instead of up to a week later.
